Excellent treatment ,aftercare and follow ups. Everybody went out of their way to make the experience as easy as possible, including spotlessly clean premises.

During the initial appointment Dr Karuppaiah gave me all of the information required so that I could make an informed decision on the best treatment for my hand. On the day of the surgery he again made me feel at ease an I had full confidence going into theatre. No complications and my hand is healing as expected.

Mr Williams was able to explain very clearly the options I had. Once I had decided, his reassurance gave me every confidence in him. His response to every queries I had before and after surgery was prompt. He wrote out a recovery plan which was most helpful for the physio and my understanding.

Proff Kochlar provided comforting , reassuring and very accurate diagnosis, where the others failed miserably. Followed up by first class treatment , with the empathy to check some weeks after that results are ongoing. Super , super impressed.
