Last autumn, I had my third procedure (over five years) with Miss Pissanou, and in my view, I could be in no better hands. Miss Pissanou is an expert in her field and her bedside manner is exceptional--warm and personable. She also engages you by taking the time to explain her thinking and recommendations. In general, her standards are very high, and she has my complete confidence. She will always be the person to whom I go to first for relevant medical needs, and I will continue to refer others to her.

From the Moment I met Prof Patel at our first consultation, I knew I was in excellent hands. He explained the surgery that I required (whipple) in great detail and answered the questions that myself and my Wife had with great care and compassion and really made me feel a lot happier and comfortable as to what I should expect over the coming months. In hospital, the Prof once again demonstrated to me his passion for, just being one of the best at what he does. Everytime he came to see how I was progressing, still in hospital, post op, he listen intently to how I was feeling, not just physically but mentally as well and showed me so much compassion, love and care, even on Christmas morning the Prof came in to see how I was doing, he didn't need to, when many had finished work for the holiday. Mr Mohammadi has been a truly amazing surgeon. He has a dedicated approach to treatment and carries out each stage of care directly. His skill is world class and he performs some of the most challenging gastrointestinal surgeries with excellent outcomes. Mr Mohammadi also explains what options are available in an easy-to-understand manner but can explain in detail when asked. Indeed, I had many concerns about my oesophagectomy and his dedication saw me through.

Dr Philipose was thorough in explaining my tests result and diagnosis. Dr Philipose also encouraged me to ask questions about my case. Dr Philipose performed the gastroscopy with excellent skill, and reassured me during the whole process. I greatly appreciated the experience.

DR Sala is one of the best Dr's I have ever come across. She is very polite, kind and caring. She has always been updating me and my mum about everything happening. She dealt with my mums case with such high effort. She knows her job very well and mostly above this she knows how to treat people with upmost respect and dignity. I am so thankful that it was her who has my mums case.
