All staft that I came into contact with at C&W were excellent from ground floor front Reception & Administration all the way through the whole experience. Mark together with his immediate colleagues was excellent - I just didn't enjoy the actual experience of the procedure but I can't imagine that anyone else does either......that's why it's 4 out of 5 stars as it's so unpleasant. I feel grateful to have been seen and am very thankful of all the time & experience that makes this possible. I really don't like hospitals at all but I can't really see how Mark Ferguson & colleagues could have made it any better. Thank you.

Mr Patel is always courteous and professional. He engages very well with our 6 year old son who is the patient.

He is outstanding .Thanks to his clinical expertise I was able to avoid surgery , he made sure my condition was thoroughly investigated before making any decisions. He made me feel very much at ease at our consultations which enabled me to express my concerns freely. As a nurse/ midwife myself I have very high expectations . Lucy was fantastic from start to finish! I am scared of needles and she was really lovely about this. The actual procedure was very fast and I am loving my results so far! Would definitely recommend Lucy to anyone who cannot burp!
