Mr Williams was able to explain very clearly the options I had. Once I had decided, his reassurance gave me every confidence in him. His response to every queries I had before and after surgery was prompt. He wrote out a recovery plan which was most helpful for the physio and my understanding.

My whole experience with Mr Ahmad from initial consultation, the surgery and the post review has been very positive. He always gave me the impression he had time to listen and explain without showing any sign of wanting to get on with something else. He found time to see me immediately alter the operation and several times whilst in hospital to monitor my progress. He was always very pleasant and reassuring to talk to.
