Efficient and friendly.

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

I was extremely well looked after by everyone I came into contact with and they all tried to put me at my ease.

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

The nurses were really kind and the environment was calm, professional and clean.

As a trauma surgeon myself 10 stars for excellent rapid testing, and very competent and well trained staff/

Check in staff need educating where is best for visitors to check in and also in knowing what the likely delays are in being able to have a test done and to see one's consultant.
