Alien are hands down THE best in the business. Not only are they incredibly knowledgeable and professional, they are always so welcoming. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for aesthetics!

I was extremely well looked after by everyone I came into contact with and they all tried to put me at my ease.

Staff on reception were not the warmest, or friendliest but were OK!

Customer services at the front desk could be a bit more friendly. Nurses were kind and understanding.

There is great professionalism in this group of Doctors. They listen carefully to the problems and leave nothing to chance. Extremely friendly and helpful.

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

Lovely hospital - would recommend.

Check in staff need educating where is best for visitors to check in and also in knowing what the likely delays are in being able to have a test done and to see one's consultant.
