The ward staff were so kind and couldn’t do enough to make sure I was comfortable. The room was clean and spacious and everyone made me feel safe and welcome.

Clean and spacious interiors. The receptionists in the main entrance lobby seemed quiet and slightly unwelcoming, so have dropped the score to 4 stars.

The Cromwell was fantastic when our daughter was unwell and saw her in isolation when there was no provision to do so elsewhere, grateful that this hospital had the facilities and provision to do so.

Mr Berber is a very approachable surgeon, and he explained the details of a carpal tunnel release surgery very clearly. The members of his surgical team were equally friendly and I felt at ease and confident in their hands. The preparation and surgery were carried out with a similar sense of unhurried precision. I’ve always had a great experience with Nurify. I’ve seen two doctors, and have had fantastic experiences with both of them, they are clearly experts in their field and I have always felt in very safe hands. Attending the practice is always a pleasant experience and I’ve only ever had positive experiences with the admin staff who are quick to respond and always willing to help.

Anika was extremely helpful and went over every thing thoroughly. I had steroid injections done and feel much better as a result. I would 100% recommend them
