I cannot praise Mr Gan highly enough in every respect. Not only is he a highly skilled surgeon who undertook an extremely complex procedure on myself, his supportive manner and empathetic approach throughout has been greatly appreciated. In all consultations he put me at ease and explained all procedures in depth so that I was fully aware of what the surgery entailed. He also undertook preliminary investigative surgery as part of his thorough preparation. At every stage I felt in safe hands. I would recommend him unreservedly and cannot thank him enough for all he has done for me.

Ms Naeem was attentive, asked wider questions, listened closely and didn't rush the appointment. She carefully explained the scans and procedures, and answered all my questions. I felt I was in good hands and was considered of the patient and staff present.
