I was an outpatient for a procedure on my hip. The hospital was really efficient in their comms, the process was smooth and everything clearly explained. The facilities seemed brand new and spotlessly clean. My room had everything I needed and the food was tasty. The nurse and all other staff were so good at their jobs and took great care of me in a kind and friendly way. My procedure was successful and the surgeon and anaesthetist highly skilled. Easy visitor parking and a lovely experience all around. I’d highly recommend St J & St E hospital to anyone.

Needed a prescription and no-one available to speak out of 3 medical secretaries, 2pharmacist & 1 assistant Still not spoken to anyone & no service - frustrating

Irfana is lovely and really puts your mind at ease in what is an incredibly stressful time. She takes time to explain what is happening so you feel involved in the process.

Overall OK, appointments are often not on schedule though.

CRGH has the best technology and doctors and I truly believe my treatment would have not been the same elsewhere. I had quite a few issues with the clinic likely to do with the merge with GENNET but they were rectified timely and I would still recommend them.

All the members of staff we encountered on our treatment journey could not have been friendlier and more helpful, from the administrative team, reception, and nurses, to the embryologists and consultants. Communication was consistently empathetic and efficient, and we felt we were treated as individuals, rather than just another name on a list, and people continually went above and beyond to make our experience the best it could be.
