What I loved and valued about Apricity is that although it was all virtual (via an ap, email, fact time and calls) I felt cared for. This was down to the amazing advisors and my personal advisor Nicole. She actually cared, she could gauge when I was anxious or needed my “hand Held” more, in these cases she would call and talk me through any anxieties or questions. She was a godsend as just the type of person I needed on this journey to help the process feel less scary. The virtual experience was great, someone always on hand 7 days a week and until early evening. If my advisor wasn’t present another would pick up my query pretty quickly. I was kept up to date. My only issue was I felt one of the extra counselling sessions that came up to discuss an issue that came up with the donor around a carrier trait she had was quite costly and we felt due to my husbands science background we understood all implications yet we still needed to have the session at quite a high rate and didn’t for us come out having gained more knowledge as we were clued up already. I think better prices for such sessions should be looked at and option of all details just in an email if the client signs off and is happy with that. However we were happy that the donor was given the same counselling and looked after. Throughout the experience we felt the donor was also looked after well and all of us were treated as people with acknowledgment of the sensitivity of the journey. Nicole however was just so caring and thoughtful, checking in on key dates, assuaging fears or getting me answers. I liked how it didn’t matter I was in a different town as local blood test places and scan offices found for me so we didn’t have to do unnecessary travelling. Yet when we did have to travel for the transfer all the information on times and how to get there given. We also felt they worked with top hospitals with great reputations, such as Kings in London. When the first round ended in a chemical pregnancy I was offered thee we free counselling and checked in on. However we were blessed on our second round and have welcomed a beautiful little boy into the world whom I currently have in my arms as I write this review. We can’t thank the team or hospital enough for giving us the world and giving us the building blocks to complete our family.

Gurjinder Matharu, was reassuring, determined, kind, caring, knowledgeable and supportive. I couldn’t have asked for a better co-ordinator, and I must say she was exceptionally good in her role. With regards to communication, she was always prompt with her callbacks and provided detailed information via emails. She is super friendly, personable, encouraging and gave us hope whilst being realistic. She also has a professional and knowledgeable approach to all matters. We’ve had a successful pregnancy outcome and this would not have been possible without Gurjinder and her team focusing solely on our needs and meeting our requirements. We are delighted with how things went and Gurjinder has also been a fantastic support system whilst we embarked on our IVF treatment journey.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The clinic was spacious, clean, peaceful, and very welcoming. My appointments were managed easily. All the nurses were caring and kind. The communication was good be it face to face, email, telephone or the Apricity app. Poonam Desai, was reassuring, kind, caring, knowledgeable and supportive at every stage in our journey. I couldn’t have asked for a better advisor, and I must say she was exceptionally good in her role. Sabrina, the nurse who assisted in my embryo transfer was absolutely fantastic. She understood how I felt, was sympathetic and comforted me when I really needed her support/ kind words. Dr Muhammad Fatum, who carried out the embryo transfer was understanding, gentle and made the slightly painful/uncomfortable procedure much better and more bearable, so a huge thank you to him and Sabrina. Dr Chiranjeev Bhatia, the senior embryologist was really nice, informative, and explained everything so clearly which we appreciated. Arati Rama Rao, was pleasant and always encouraging us that we will have a good outcome. Zuzana Ben Naya, the finance coordinator was accommodating, lovely and helpful. Haleema, the receptionist, I think that’s her name (very tall and wore black mostly) was always friendly, showed empathy when I was upset, she was brilliant. The clinic manager, Marigona and other receptionists were also wonderful.

It has been really positive from the word go. Everyone was incredibly friendly and supportive from the outset. We weren’t at any point made to feel as if we were providing ‘business’, far from it. We felt as if our situation was being viewed as individual and everyone was sensitive to our needs from the word go. Our advisor Nicole was just lovely. She was swift to get back to us with any questions and if she wasn’t available then one of the other advisors would help. We never felt like an imposition and no question was silly! When things were a little bumpy, Nicole couldn’t have been more supportive and when things became amazing, she celebrated with us. She’s been a real rock for me through this and when our journey with Apricity comes to an end in a few weeks and I get to ‘fly solo’ I shall miss her greatly! We had a wonderful experience of Apricity. They explained everything clearly and made us feel so comfortable. The team were incredibly friendly and the treatment was exceptional. Our ICSI treatment worked first time and we are sure that this was hugely down to their professionalism and the care we received throughout. We are so grateful to you for our little miracle boy due in a few months.
