Reception staff are abysmal by comparison. Face of the business. First Port of call. (And yet in 12 months you still employ , despite 3 complaints from me and I can not believe I'm the only one) the least professional friendly or welcoming people. You should all be sacked.

We had a very positive experience which resulted in the birth of a beautiful baby girl with our first attempt. We had a previously unsuccessful attempt at a previous clinic, but City diagnosed the issue straightaway, conducted some rectifying surgery and we had incredibly positive results. 9 fertilized embryos (as opposed to 1 previously) and first time success with the transfer. The team at city were very professional and supportive throughout.

I sent a message to Dr Rimington but it seems nobody bothers to give him my message. Very poor service from admin staff.

The clinic have been very supportive during our treatment and have supported us every step of the way. This has really helped us at every stage and cannothank the whole team enough.

Outstanding service and results. Highly recommended.
