Dr Jhajj checked in and offered support and accountability and within just a month, I had exceeded my wildest expectations of weight loss, but more importantly, I felt more energetic, emotionally stronger and genuinely like a new woman. I’m forever grateful to Dr Jhajj for helping me see what I specifically need to feed myself and preparing a step by step, easy to follow plan to help me achieve this, while enjoying my meals. Dr Ruth Whitby impressed me with her enthusiasm when I first got introduced to her. She has always been thorough in examining me, takes time to explain my health status and test results and what recommendations see's making to make me well. My wife and I are very comfortable with her and are free in discussing our health issues with her without feeling any form of ill treatment. She obviously has good experience in dealing with multi cultural and multi racial persons.
