very modern and good facility

My first experience with a private hospital and it was perfect. All the team members I spoke to, from nurses to reception to physios and theatre staff were kind, knowledgeable and seemed to really care about my wellbeing. The team on my case on the day of my surgery were amazing too in every way and I'm incredibly grateful I had such a positive experience.

Lovely hospital, very clean, very professional and all staff exceptional. Great surgeon. Would highly recommend.

Waiting room needs more seating to accommodate people especially when appointments are running late.

I must also commend Cromwell Hospital for their exceptional service and comfortable environment. The level of care and accommodation provided by the hospital further enhanced my overall experience.

Miscommunication by the receptionist who had booked me for an emergency appointment, that is not what I needed a normal check up appointment would have been fine. Dentist saw me for 5 minutes only and no X-ray was taken. Beyond disappointed and won’t be returning again.

First time I’ve been to HCA I was nervous but everything went so smoothly whole staff was very helpful. My Dr Iaisha Ali she was the best doctor I have meet in my entire life.
