Dr. Din took the time to answer all my questions before my procedure in a clear, detailed and kind way. He was reassuring about my worries but honest about all possible outcomes, leaving me able to make an informed decision as to whether I went ahead. The actual procedure was carried out so smoothly with every step explained. I felt as though I was in very safe hands! The outcome is amazing - more positive than I could ever have imagined. I’m so glad I took the plunge to go ahead with the procedure. The admin team, reception staff and the nurses assisting during and later when the stitches were taken out were also kind and reassuring. He was the third and final consultant I saw, the previous 2 having failed to recognise, empathise, or understand the problems I was facing with an injury to my face and nose preventing me from breathing through my nostrils. Miss Vilaro is an amazing doctor and I will say that she is very educated in her field. Her mannerisms make a person calm and collected. She takes the time to explain the full information and does not make one feel uncomfortable in any way shape or form. During the operation she was very caring ensuring that I was not in any discomfort or distress at any point of my visit. This is the second time I have had the pleasure of meeting her and the reason for me returning was 100% down to how I was made to feel the first time I ever had met Miss Vilaro.
