All staff at Shirley Oaks are lovely. I felt looked after and cared for throughout, from reception staff booking appointments, through scans/blood tests etc to the day of the procedure- I stayed overnight and the nursing staff couldn’t do enough for me. The catering staff were also lovely. My anaesthetist met with me before and checked in with me after the procedure, he explained everything clearly and put me at ease- I had complete trust in him. Can’t fault the care I received from all.

All the staff at West Valley Hospital were very friendly, efficient and helpful.

North Downs Hospital is excellent with great communication and consideration to their patients.

As always, I found all staff, doctors and assistants to be in the most relaxed and cheerful mode. The atmosphere at the Rmh is always, my opinion, wonderful.

Hospital experience was overall good, had to struggle a bit for parking though!

Excellent clinical team and excellent standards in everything. Reassuring from the beginning to the end.

Pleasant surroundings, clean and tidy. Courteous and receptive staff. Car parking for patients very limited - very few available spaces.
