I was extremely anxious about my appointment but they made me feel so comfortable, answered my questions and genuinely thought the procedure was only uncomfortable and not painful. Saw Miss Avni Batish, thank you!

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

Friendly staff, good environment, effective arrangement. But it took quite a long time getting confirmation emails, it took me 1 and 2 days to get both email necessary to settle the registration and appointment.

Every person I spoke to was very helpful and welcoming. The 'human touch' is something that is very apparent when visiting this hospital.
