On the whole, a lovely consultant. The reason for the 4 stars was a very slight language barrier, and also explanation of surgery in recovery when still groggy from anaesthetic. Not his fault, just time restraints. Happy for him to perform surgery in the future, if needed?

During the initial appointment Dr Karuppaiah gave me all of the information required so that I could make an informed decision on the best treatment for my hand. On the day of the surgery he again made me feel at ease an I had full confidence going into theatre. No complications and my hand is healing as expected.

I consider Mr Peter Domas to be an excellent surgeon. I am delighted with the result of my reverse shoulder replacement surgery performed by him. Please don’t hesitate to go ahead if you are told you need this surgery. I am now pain free and the surgery has completely restored the use of my right shoulder, arm and hand in a surprisingly short time. On the day of surgery I was reassured by him with further explanation. Despite being the last patient of the day Peter was there at approximately 8.30pm to see me when I came round. He is extremely pleasant, at subsequent appointments has always been a pleasure to see him.

Nick was ok. Nothing above or beyond. His team @ the clinic need more training ( ie reception ).

He has been very kind and explained everything clearly.

From start to finish mr prasad and his team have been amazing ! I suffered with my shoulders for a while now and me prasad explained everything and got it done. I’m not 8 weeks post op and feel and can feel the difference already it’s brilliant I found a consultant that listens and understands me thank you mr prasad
