I was extremely nervous before I saw Mr. Modayil for the first time, but he put me at ease and was very clear when it came to explaining what needed to happen next. At my second consultation, he was equally reassuring and clearly understood my stress levels and the need to address the problem quickly. He explained my test results and the procedure I needed and took great care to manage other health issues that might have affected a good outcome. The procedure happened exactly as he had described and my follow-up appointment was again reassuring and informative. I had no adverse effects from surgery and can't thank him enough for all he did. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family with ENT problems.

Dr Zaid treated me quite gently. It was so sweet and nice of him when he called the nurse for me for my support because of my nervousness, which i really appreciate about doctors to show concern towards their patients. Overall, great experience just what one can expect from a well experienced doctor.

I had a rhinoplasty with Mr Thomas Jacques 8 weeks ago. My experience was so much better than I could have imagined. Over the moon with my result which is so natural looking and looks like I could have been born with this nose, it suits my face perfectly. Mr Ofo is a well seasoned and extremely pleasant Consultant ENT Surgeon with an impressive career. I immediately felt in safe hands when he walked me through the procedure and treatment to follow. I was able to discuss the risks of the surgery and he invited me to ask as many questions as I wanted, providing clear guidance and a lot of empathy. I am very grateful for his help and all went as planned. I have recovered sooner than I expected and am back at work.

All staft that I came into contact with at C&W were excellent from ground floor front Reception & Administration all the way through the whole experience. Mark together with his immediate colleagues was excellent - I just didn't enjoy the actual experience of the procedure but I can't imagine that anyone else does either......that's why it's 4 out of 5 stars as it's so unpleasant. I feel grateful to have been seen and am very thankful of all the time & experience that makes this possible. I really don't like hospitals at all but I can't really see how Mark Ferguson & colleagues could have made it any better. Thank you.

Lucy was fantastic from start to finish! I am scared of needles and she was really lovely about this. The actual procedure was very fast and I am loving my results so far! Would definitely recommend Lucy to anyone who cannot burp!
