I became distressed during the appointment and Dr Moraleda was extremely sympathetic and explained in depth my next steps, the option of surgery and the risks it entails and I felt listened to and left feeling that I had for the first time a clear idea in my head of what I'm dealing with and what my next steps are.

I was very happy to be in Mr Joshi's safe hands. He was the third and final consultant I saw, the previous 2 having failed to recognise, empathise, or understand the problems I was facing with an injury to my face and nose preventing me from breathing through my nostrils. He set out a clear plan of how he intended to resolve the issue and the with an operation was able to give me the ability to breathe back!

I was extremely nervous before I saw Mr. Modayil for the first time, but he put me at ease and was very clear when it came to explaining what needed to happen next. At my second consultation, he was equally reassuring and clearly understood my stress levels and the need to address the problem quickly. He explained my test results and the procedure I needed and took great care to manage other health issues that might have affected a good outcome. The procedure happened exactly as he had described and my follow-up appointment was again reassuring and informative. I had no adverse effects from surgery and can't thank him enough for all he did. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family with ENT problems.

Mr Lakhani was excellent throughout the process. His communication was clear, regular and he made it clear I could ask him anything on an ad-hoc basis if required, even giving me his whatsapp. I would recommend to anyone.

He certainly made her feel part of everything happening and making it all feel calm from consultation, to surgery day and follow ups after. We liked how he was direct and found out answers to our questions promptly.
