Overall I am extremely satisfied with the experience with Mr Karim Kassam. From the very beginning, Mr Kassam was very thorough and explained the process and diagnosis promptly and clearly. The clarity and swift diagnosis was incredibly reassuring making what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and straightforward. My recovery is coming along very well 1 week post operation and the pain has subsided quite significantly. Mr Chris Duff has done a great job with my recent biopsy, leaving a very small, neat scar. These things are always worrying for a patient, but I was put at ease by Mr Duff and his lovely, caring team . Mr Duff explained the procedure in detail, and possible outcomes, and took the time to listen to my concerns, answering my many questions both before and after my procedure, in a very professional and kindly manner.

Mr Osher has a great approach to surgery. I felt extremely comfortable under his care and felt that he was extremely knowledgeable in what he was doing.

I don’t have much other experience but found Nigel clear, supportive and patient to answer questions.

Professor Kim is kind, attentive, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He always gives clear explanations.
