Very lovely man with a great bedside manner

I saw Mr Selvadurai around 10 years ago with severe sinusitis and have recommended him to many friends and colleagues since. More recently, when my son developed ear problems, I was very keen to get him seen by Mr Selvadurai. Just as I recalled, he was again extremely kind and reassuring. His professionalism and attention to detail is second to none and he always takes the time to explain things in great detail.

He was informative and I really appreciated him talking me through his diagnosis with the use of ear canal model. He explained in detail the tests I would be having, what they were testing for, and what my results meant. Overall it was a great experience and I would readily recommend for a friend or family to have a heard test with Dr Mohammed Al-Khateeb!

Paul O'Flynn is an excellent consultant so professional and highly knowledgeable in his field. I have been Professor Paul O'Flynn's patient for 11 years he is so friendly, always greets me with a smile and listens carefully to all my concerns and addresses them all in a highly professional manor. Professor O'Flynn is truly the best ENT surgeon in the field; I would highly recommend him. Entela, professor O'Flynn's PA is absolutely wonderful, she is so lovely and bubbly always makes me feel comfortable. She always tries her best to fit me in and phone calls are always responded to promptly. Paul O'Flynn and Entela make a wonderful team- providing 1st class care with a smile.

We had troubles with our newborn and went back and forth to numerous GP appointments but there was nothing they were able to do to help. Our baby was very unhappy, would barely sleep and his feeding was extremely interrupted. We decided to visit Dr Jack Singer. He sat down with us and explained what the issues were. He Immediately showed us what the solution was and how we were going to achieve it! That very same day it was as if we had a new baby. Our little one finally got some well deserved rest and so did we. We finally had a smile on our face after a very long and tiresome start to parenthood. I’m very thankful to have been seen by Dr Singer. His knowledge is second to none and I’m comforted knowing that he’s there for our little one! Youness

All staft that I came into contact with at C&W were excellent from ground floor front Reception & Administration all the way through the whole experience. Mark together with his immediate colleagues was excellent - I just didn't enjoy the actual experience of the procedure but I can't imagine that anyone else does either......that's why it's 4 out of 5 stars as it's so unpleasant. I feel grateful to have been seen and am very thankful of all the time & experience that makes this possible. I really don't like hospitals at all but I can't really see how Mark Ferguson & colleagues could have made it any better. Thank you.
