This was the second time being treated for Mr Thomas - each time for completely separate complaints. Exactly like the first time, the care provided was excellent. Each appointment and on the day of surgery, time was taken to explain everything and answer questions that I had. Options were always given to me when possible, and fully explained, and I really felt I was involved in my care throughout. I couldn’t recommend Mr Thomas highly enough.

I couldn't thank Dr Mendall enough for his professionalism, knowledge, care and friendliness. I have never felt confident with a doctor like Dr Mendall. He has helped me with my gastroparesis and willing to do his best to get me back on my feet. A very positive experience indeed. With my symptoms improving, the doctor took a pragmatic, but most importantly, extra cautious and thorough approach to my condition. This, in turn, diagnosed and allowed treatment of a more serious health issue that I in fact had. Without this approach I would have suffered a much worse health condition in the future. This would not have been recognised without Dr Pitchers care, experience and intuition in digging deeper into my symptoms. Finally once this was recognised it was dealt with sensitively and in a very timely way.

Dr Rahman was really professional and thorough with a very reassuring bedside manner. He assessed my upper GI symptoms, ordered appropriate tests and has presented me with an analysis of the results and a treatment plan in a timely fashion. Mr Mohammadi has been a truly amazing surgeon. He has a dedicated approach to treatment and carries out each stage of care directly. His skill is world class and he performs some of the most challenging gastrointestinal surgeries with excellent outcomes. Mr Mohammadi also explains what options are available in an easy-to-understand manner but can explain in detail when asked. Indeed, I had many concerns about my oesophagectomy and his dedication saw me through.
