I have been to St John & St Elizabeth on multiple occasions & have always been impressed

I found all treatments from pre-assessment to physiotherapy highly efficient but at the same time I was made to feel relaxed.

All excellent. Could not be better.

Seen by the consultant quickly and the procedures were also performed as scheduled. Overnight stays were comfortable, with excellent care from the staff.

I had 2 outpatient treatments. Both were prompt, organised and efficient. Facilities and cleanliness were outstanding. The first time I felt a bit rushed in recovery and slightly lacking in the human touch. The second time the nurses were lovely, friendly and kind.

I had an utterly appalling experience at Lindo Wing. The staff exhibited blatant rudeness and hostility, especially one receptionist—a woman with short, blonde-dyed hair, possibly of African Caribbean descent. Despite merely inquiring about the location of my scheduled TC scan, she unleashed a barrage of intimidation tactics. In front of everyone, she barked, "This is a private clinic; it's not here." The incredulous looks from her colleagues spoke volumes. Feeling utterly humiliated and insulted, I retorted that while I might be a private client, her behavior was unacceptable. Shockingly, she didn't offer an apology or attempt to rectify her egregious mistake. Left to fend for myself, I had to seek out the test location, with a colleague eventually pointing me across the street. This experience was nothing short of a shambles. It's disgraceful that anyone, particularly an elderly individual, should endure such treatment. Shame on her.
