Mr Syed, is a brilliant surgeon but also very patient, kind and took time to chat to me when I was feeling low. He made me very comfortable and listened to my worries.

Dr Fathima Mahomed is an incredibly warm paediatrician with world class expertise. She has provided invaluable help and support to us around persistent coughing and breathing obstructions that our son had - all of which are much better now. We would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Mahomed and we look forward to seeing her always.

I saw Mr Vik Veer with regard to breathing issues. Mr Veer took the time to listen and upon examination then explained in a very clear manner what the problem is and was more than happy to answer any queries and did so in a very helpful manner. I had a very good experience with Dr Neeraj. He consulted my son and explained everything to me in detail, I had no conscience in the field, he presented a sketch of a heart made by hand just to understand very well what the problem is. I felt that I was talking more with a friend than with a Doctor. he also helped me with clear instructions during the consultation period.

I was referred to Dr Vroon’s clinic via A&E and was feeling very low and vulnerable but by the time the consultation was finished I was more relaxed and hopeful and feeling that the NHS would do everything it could for me. His approach was gentle, friendly, relaxed and reassuring. I felt he was very respectful of me and my situation. He was very thorough and outlined tests he felt appropriate, what they were for and possible solutions. I felt he was looking at all of the solutions and he explained my journey over the next few months. He spent time ensuring I understood everything and gave me loads of space to ask questions. My mood lifted as he spoke and began to realise that there were tests, results and then future plans. I left the clinic feeling very hopeful and very cared for. I had the best sleep for months after speaking to him. The follow-up consultation was just as helpful and supportive. My health had begun to improve from one of his recommendations and he outlined plans for the following months. I have been through many appointments over the last five years and I can easily say that Dr Vroon’s was the most memorable. He is a special human being with a fantastic bedside manner and meeting him is therapeutic in itself. I am a retired NHS director and have worked with hundred of Doctors, nurses and Consultants over the years and would have felt privileged and blessed to work alongside him. I cant recommend him highly enough.

Doctor Chatrath took his time to explain the procedure properly, and performed it well. Recovery was as expected/explained.
