I had several errors made leading up to my experience with Mr Van Den Bossche, none of which were anything to do with him. Once he found out about the errors which had led to a 6 month delay to my treatment, he took personal charge of my case and things moved very quickly and efficiently. I found him to be good at explaining what had happened and then he moved on to the procedure he proposed to do, which was explained very carefully and in language i could understand. He was happy to work with the anaethestist who had looked after me once before. He also went through some of the side effects i should expect after the operation. The operation was successful and his aftercare was good, visiting me several times in ICU and in the ward. I have had two follow-up appointments with him since leaving hospital. He also arranged for the inspection of my colon to be completed as it wasn’t done properly in the first place. This was done three months after the operation.

I was very nervous about the condition I had but Dr Sajjad was so understanding and thorough with his assessment. He was clear about next steps and himself and the nursing team were so great during a colonoscopy and endoscopy procedure!
