My visit to Dr. Sadek was prompted by a persistent spine issue that I've been struggling with for the past five years. From the outset, Dr. Sadek's demeanor was marked by friendliness and support, which immediately put me at ease. He dedicated ample time to thoroughly investigate my problem, ensuring a comprehensive understanding before proceeding further. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Sadek provided consistent reassurance, which was incredibly comforting. When it came time to discuss the results of the examination, Dr. Sadek's approach was commendable. He meticulously explained every aspect in detail, ensuring I had a clear understanding of my condition and the proposed course of action. His relaxed approach and genuine support further enhanced the experience, making me feel valued as a patient. Additionally, I had the pleasure of interacting with Dr. Sadek's medical secretary, Maryam Foad, whose assistance was invaluable. Maryam's helpful and friendly manner made the administrative aspects of my visit seamless. She went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule, ensuring that appointments were convenient for me. Maryam also took the initiative to retrieve my previous medical documents from other hospitals and ensured that I received all necessary reports from Dr. Sadek promptly. Her dedication to providing excellent service was evident throughout our interactions, further contributing to the positive experience I had at Dr. Sadek's practice.

Dr. Bhangoo has made everything in his power to explain my condition and reassure me. Even though he is not the main consultant that operated on my brain, he showed interest and compassion. I was extremely confident he had my case under control

Dr. Chitnavis is truly the doctor's hands you want to place yourself into. I have never experienced a doctor with such an attentive nature, kind, professional, warm, detail oriented, and thorough doctor. He was incredibly re-assuring, and had the bedside manner that was above and beyond. He should be teaching a course in this as the gold standard. I'm incredibly thankful for his care, and continued due diligence.

I saw my consult Mr Fakouri and he was very professional in his diagnosis of my back problem ,and I very was happy with his answer to what treatment was necessary to help to ease the problem with my back .

Mr Bull inspires confidence. He explained the issues and options clearly and like a human being! I felt listened to and able to ask questions. I haven’t yet had the procedure he advised but I believe it is the right course of action at this stage.

Dr. Yeh is is very patient person and tried his best to explain to me what my problem was and what would be the best solution for me. Everything was very clear after my second visit. He was also very professional in terms of what tests need to be done to identify the real problem causing my backpain. After seeing the results, referred me to a very good specialist for physical therapy. He is following up with me on a regular basis to make sure that I am getting better and my treatment goes well. After a warning from the neurosurgeon & oncologist who had been monitoring the regrowth of my meningioma in September 2023 that it required surgery & as it was a second operation it was at high risk of stroke, bleeding, bone infection, going through old scar tissue, the tumour was pressing against a large vein. My daughter suggested I sought a second opinion, we chose Mr Shoakazemi who also specialises in my type of brain tumour.  He confirmed…the risks were very high indeed, the brain tumour had grown too big for fractionated radiotherapy and surgery through the old wound of some 20 + years ago was the only option. We found Mr Shoakazemi to be extremely approachable, professional, calm, warm & informative.  I feel incredibly lucky to have had the faith on a date said to be the unluckiest day in the yearly calendar …Friday 13th October to undergo surgery with such a gifted neurosurgeon. I am (thankfully to Mr Shoakazemi) walking straight, talking straight & feeling fully blessed.

My experience from start finish was excellent. I was thoroughly given all the information prior to surgery and very well looked after during and after. Before meeting Mr Akula I had a herniated disc L5-S1 and I was in constant agony. I'm now 9 weeks post op and i already feel like I've got my life back.
