Overall I was very happy with the care I received.

The receptionist at The Manor was very pleasant and helpful. Parking was very nearly an issue, despite the early morning appointment and it’s a nightmare for larger vehicles. The hospital itself seems clean, decor a little dowdy - very crowded.

All went very well. An explanation at the outset that I would receive bills from the hospital and the doctor under some circumstances would have avoided some confusion.

The overall experience was good, although the time waiting to go into the appointment was longer than expected.

All staff I met were polite and helpful. The consultation was dealth with respect and plenty of time given to answer questions. Thank you.

My surgery was actually carried out at the Shelbourne Hospital High Wycome. The staff especially my nurse were excellent. I was looked after extremely well, and my room was clean and comfortable
