On first meeting with miss Taylor I was extremely impressed "she actually listened to me as a person and vulnerable human being" and what a relief this was. She was kind understanding and answered and explained fully all my questions may I say as well very clearly. My operation procedure was no different from my admission to my discharge excellent care from her and her team. Mr Toe recently removed my gallbladder. His calm and confident manner was very reassuring both before the procedure and afterwards. I did not have any post operative pain at all and so didn’t need to take any pain killers. Now three weeks later, it is like nothing ever happened. Just four tiny scars that have not caused any problems.
