I recently have an annual health review with Dr Shilpa, she is extremely thorough, I felt really listened to and she always has an action plan for any matters that I would like to address.

Explained things thoroughly and made sure we fully understood the issues and expected outcomes etc. A calm and reassuring manner in a very stressful situation for us.

Dr O’Connell is a class act. Calm, supportive, empathetic and super-professional. When your brain is scrambled, she explains things in a user-friendly manner that gives you clear guidance on what you need to do. Her response times are also excellent which is so important. Highly recommend.
