He listened to my preferences and did everything in his power to ensure my dental requirements (both technical and aesthetic) were met. The entire team of staff at Dr. Richard Clinics in Devonshire Place are polite, professional and patient. The clinic is modern, clean and well kept. The receptionist is very friendly as are the dentists and the nurses. I would highly recommend Dr Richards Clinics to everyone I know.

Very good communication prior to and on the day of the operation apart from the receptionist. Post medication and sick leave were not delivered on time and I really struggled to get them. Post operation phone calls did not address my concerns such as dropping eyelid on the inside corner of right eye. Furthermore, I did not get the phone call six months after the op.
