Referred via MSK. I did not want a surgical opinion but was persuaded as it was suggested that other options may be available. With reference to the consultation, dismissive of symptoms and inaccuracies with scan? Was reviewing a scan from 2018 not 2024. Felt patronised and humiliated by general attitude. Was not interested in symptoms or effects on daily life. Summary letter sent to myself and GP reflected the above. Interestingly letter had wrong address and I was referred to by the wrong name in the letter? As an NHS staff nurse I feel sorry that this kind of poor service exists.

Couldn’t have been better, lovely man and very knowledgeable. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

Mr Dheerendra put me at ease and explained my results , treatments etc in a very clear way. Really pleased with his service , highly recommend.

Straight forward to the point

Mr Hamad’s communication skills are excellent, he explains all the procedures he may have to do in very understandable terms, and all the pro’s and con’s that go with it. In my case the herniated disc was quite severe and the epidural that he performed was a little tricky, but it was successful and I’m very pleased, and my sciatica pain is now nearly zero. Thank you Mr Hamad.
