This was my very first time visiting a private hospital. I went for a full blood screening which was on a promotional offer and constituted excellent value for money considering the vast array of biomarkers offered which ordinarily would have been extremely expensive. Just around 20 mins drive from my residence. Nice and clean hospital and very welcoming. The lady (receptionist) on duty recognised my voice when I went to book in which I was very surprised considering she must see a plethora of patients every day. Free drinks on offer – tea and coffee as well as a selection of condiments. A very smooth and professional experience. I strongly recommend the hospital based on my first impression. The consultation room was very clean, large and spacious with ample medical instruments – a very far cry from the your usual GP surgery!

Found the clinic to be staffed with very friendly and knowledgeable people. Mr Whu, my consultant explained everything about my problem and related to all the options that I could take. I opted for the operation and I cannot fault the work he did which has given me a very good outcome. I am very satisfied.

Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming.
