Extremely accommodating, empathetic and professional. I asked for my procedure to be carried out quickly and he and his team were amazing even contacting me on bank holiday Sunday to make sure that I knew what to expect and make arrangements. Fabulous. The treatment was carried as promised, I was made to feel v comfortable and I had no issues.

The service I have received has been exemplary and faultless, I could not have asked for anything more from Mr Arulampalam. At my first consultation he immediately put me at ease, explaining the procedure clearly, and the benefits and risks of it. On the day of the operation his bedside manner made me feel much calmer and I knew I was in good hands. The operation went as planned, i was in near zero pain in the days after the op. He called me the next day to check in, provided me with clear instructions on how to speed up the healing process, and at my post op appointment he was pleased to see I had fully healed. He has changed my life for the better and I really can't thank him enough.

I very highly and wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Arun's practice. I had the most wonderful experience attending Mr. Arun's practice who very charismatically approached my concerns. He arranged for a series of investigations followed by procedure before i was discharged and I left his practice reassured.
