All as expected and appreciated

The hospital itself was great. Very clean and tidy. The receptionist could have been a bit more welcoming, but no complaints otherwise.

I had a positive experience of my surgery and stay. The hospital is lovely very comfortable and clean. Certainly made a stressful time for me much easier. The nursing staff that cared for me were wonderful. Including the intensive care team who were truly amazing. I felt so safe and that the nurses genuinely cared and did everything they could to keep me comfortable. The surgical team were great at keeping me calm and talking me through what was happening. Would recommend treatment here.

Very little wait time and very efficient

I had an excellent experience with London Bridge Orthopedics. The quality of care and advice which I received were both excellent and all clinicians provided the best and most empathetic service I’ve received.
