The whole process was professional and friendly from reception to consultation. I felt in very safe hands. I was really anxious about what might be found and the consultant explained everything she saw. This was a first class service. One that I am really grateful for.

The hospital was clean and the staff were friendly but the interaction with the consultant was so awful, it tarnished the rest of the experience.

It’s a well run and professional practice. Would be happy to go there again.

Modern, clean and efficient hospital with patient care at its priority. All staff I encountered were courteous, friendly and professional My surgery and post surgery care was exceptional both from my actual surgery and interaction with my surgeon and anaesthetist to the fantastic care from the nurses. I found it a very easy process with very good ease of interaction with the receptionists, surgeon’s PA and the kitchen staff who took the breakfast order. Everything ran very smoothly and efficiently and I felt that everybody I interacted with cared a lot about helping and the care I was getting
