We received excellent care at the New Victoria Hospital. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful - in particular the nurse who supported us through the day and monitored my son once he left the recovery area. We felt extremely well cared for throughout our stay and have had excellent follow-up care too.

This was my first time in hospital at age 68. I was worried about things. The staff at the King Edward VII were wonderful at making me at ease and addressing my concerns.

The whole clinic seems clean and hygienic. The staff are friendly and communicative.Coffee tea and cold drinks were also offered during waiting times. The whole environment seems designed to put you at ease. The consultant was very helpful in all questions asked.
