I saw Dr Ahsan at The Cavell as I was suffering with terrible anxiety and ill health due to uncontrolled/spikes in my blood pressure. He made me feel at ease, answered all my questions in a calm and considerate way, allayed all of my worries and restored my confidence. From the initial telephone call after which I felt persuaded to get on with the procedure through to the post op chat, I felt I was being treated with the utmost care and skill. I appreciated the time he took to describe the detail of the op complete with helpful metaphors, photos and videos and humour. The nurses were all very warm, friendly and attentive, my room luxurious, quiet and what a great view.
