The operation for an ankle replacement at the Wellington was seamless. I was out 2 days later, pain free. There was minimal swelling and 2 months later you can hardly notice the scar. Due to the precision of Andrew's surgery and detailed follow-up Recovery Plan I am looking to return to my profession within 11 weeks of the operation.

I was so pleased to see Dr Malaiya as she treated me when I was very ill over five years ago, and she was welcoming and spent time answering my queries, and concerns. she took notes and explained that she was writing to my GP asking if my medication could be reviewed and alternatives could be found as some of the drugs could possibly weaken my bones if taken for too long.
