I am so glad that we selected Dr Sen as he immediately put my mind at rest that I was in the safest of hands and although I had a serious heart condition that needed to be treated, he explained the process with great professionalism and care. I found Dr Griguer to be very approachable and empathetic as well as professional. She listened carefully, ensuring she answered all my questions (even though some might have been silly). She explained, in non-medical terms, all the tests that would be done and was as thorough and clear in explaining the results, which came through very quickly. All suggested documents, nutrition plan etc were received speedily by email.

Dr Carl Brookes was fantastic. Listened attentively, took great care at explaining the situation and weighing up the decisions at hand and was extremely reassuring. I felt very safe and cared for.

Prof Rinaldi has been looking after me for over ten years thanks to him I am well and alive thanks to him performing a difficult operation on my heart 3 years ago.
