My experience of the Wilmslow Hospital before, during and after my ear surgery has been excellent. The information I received about my pre-operative assessment and what to expect on the day of surgery was extremely useful and helped me to feel at ease. On the day of my operation, everything ran smoothly and efficiently. All the people involved in my care were friendly and attentive and they couldn't have done more to ensure I was well looked after. The facilities and cleanliness were exceptional and I was made to feel very comfortable during the time I was there. I would definitely recommend this hospital to others.

I was taken to my room on time and kept up to date with what was happening and when I'd go down to surgery. Prior to my surgery, my consultant / surgeon visited me to explain the surgery in full again. All of the staff were really friendly and made me feel at ease. The anaesthetist was especially lovely and made me feel relaxed because going into theatre. After surgery, the food and care provides was excellent - again, I was kept up to date about when I'd be discharged and all of my medication for aftercare was explained well. I'd fully recommend The Spire.

The whole experience was stress free. Good communications, prompt appoitments, very competent and friendly admin & medical staff. Outpatient facilities are very good and the In patient room accommadtion was excellent.

Brilliant from start to finish from front of house porters and Lancaster suite the team on there are amazing 🤩 looked after me so well I’m very happy with my experience here and mr prasad and his team are amazing too

Life changing, highly recommend!

I’ve had problems and infections since having my implants and still am 12 months down the line and not one person has bothered to contact me after all my phone calls. I haven’t even had a check up off my surgeon that I was told I would get after 12 months. My boobs aren’t as big as I expected either. After seeing my friends going to a different place I wish I had now.

Hospital was great, lovely staff only problem was parking
