Pleasant experience, no issues

I am only a few days post-op from gynecomastia surgery, and after just six days, I can’t believe the results I see in the mirror. I feel an incredible boost in my self-esteem. The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

I felt at ease as It was easy to navigate myself to whom I needed to speak to and talk to.
