Mr. Mackey was able to go above and beyond what I could have hoped for with my surgery, and had my best interests at heart throughout the process. Knowing that this surgery could have longterm emotional implications for myself, Mr. Mackey made sure that I had spoken to a psychologist prior to the surgery. Mr. Mackey at every point wanted me to be realistic and grounded about the potential outcome of the surgery - but even still, everything turned out better than I could have ever imagined. Mr. Mackey is very friendly, and anyone would be lucky to have him in their operating theatre.

Highly recommend Dr fazel he was very kind & compassionate & found him to be very truthful about surgery, didn’t feel pressured into having anything in particular & put mine & my husband’s mind at ease about not having to rush into surgery, which I had been advised that needed my implants removed as a matter of urgency by another surgeon. He explained all my options & told me it’s my choice what I decide but gave me a few different options to choose from. I didn’t feel rushed in consultation & felt that I was listened to. Will definitely be booking surgery with Dr fazel & would recommend him to anyone.

Miss Tenovici was so friendly and from the get go, ensured that I was completely at ease. With each step of the way, she was sure to check that I understood what she was saying, and that I was comfortable. I'd seldom use 'doctors' and 'comfortable' in the same sentence, however Miss Tenovici is an exemplary consultant. Upon my first consultation with her, I'm now not feeling anxious about my follow-up.
