Miss Alexandra Tenovici undertook her initial medical training in France and Romania, she focused her dissertation on The value of HP examination of sentinel node in invasive breast cancer. Miss Tenovici was offered the opportunity to attend a surgical techniques scholarship in Leipzig, Germany before integrating the General surgery training in Romania; giving her a broader education on the subspecialty- breast surgery. In addition to this, she undertook the CCT Breast surgery fellowship at Oxford University Hospital where she was able to hone her expertise in oncoplastic procedures and develop an interest in partial breast reconstructions; of which she undertakes may procedures.

In 2017, Miss Tenovici was appointed a substantive Oncoplastic breast surgeon at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust.

Miss Tenovici's special interest is the surgery of benign and malignant conditions of the breast, reconstruction and symmetrisation procedures. She is passionate about providing support and treatment for patients at high risk, offering risk reducing or prophylactic operations. In addition, she interested in ensuring multidisciplinary assessment of patients; to ensure that they have the best possible treatment outcomes.

Miss Tenovici strongly believe in the clinical commitment of doctors to their patients; and she is no exception to this- treating every patient according to their individual needs to create excellent physical and cosmetic outcomes.
