It has been very good. However, I lost my watch at the hospital. I left the watch inside the bathroom and realised after I was discharged. After calling the receptionist at the ward said they had my watch and will be kept safe and someone could collect it on my behalf, but after a couple of weeks when I called to inform someone will go to collect it, they said they couldn’t locate it, and I waited for someone to get back to me about it but no one called back.

Very professional and emphathic Doctor. Very happy so far with this new journey. Feeling hopeful that we are finally getting the right support.

Been today to see Dr Masud, for my adult daughter. A1 service, extremely lovely Doctor, caring and professional. Following assessment and diagnosis explained everything in detail, from diagnosis, treatment and aftercare. He put my daughter at ease and gave her the reassurance and support she needed.
