Very clean and clean efficient

Overall experience was very pleasant.

Visiting the Cromwell is always straight forward. The front desk is always helpful and can direct you to the correct department. For day cases, the rooms are comfortable and the nurse looking after you is friendly and helpful. It does get quieter at the end of shift in the evening.

Had a great experience at St John & St Elizabeth when I had a hip replacement recently. They cared for me very well and everything felt efficient t and professional.

Dr Mohamed Abbas was fantastic throughout all the 6 PRP Sessions. He was friendly, always greeted with a smile, patient, went above and beyond, and answered all questions without hesitation. I have had an amazing care at Cleveland clinic. Everything was great : stafff was friendly, helpful and caring. Surgeon and anaesthetist were great and very nice to me, explaining everything beforehand. Cleanliness and food was great.
