Clearly a highly experienced, knowledgeable and very easily understood consultant who painstakingly took the time to explain the procedure I was undergo and keen to answer any questions no matter how repetitive they may have sounded to him. A very kind and pleasant manner he quickly put me at ease with both a friendly, respectful nature. On the day of the procedure Mr Shahzad was quick during his rounds to allay any sense of pre-op anxiety and during the procedure he was very explanatory throughout maintaining a very encouraging dialogue with me.

Mr. Chitale treated me for prostatitis. He also carried out a rigid cystoscopy as an examination and this resulted in the removal of strictures from the urethra and near the bladder (urethrotomy). He also organised blood tests, flow tests, and other related procedures such as ultrasounds and anaesthesia. Overall, I found him to be friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. Both he and his team looked after me well.
