Prof Bloomfield was the nicest doctor I've met and allowed me to ask all my questions and make the best use of the time possible. I think he may have gone slightly over the time limit which is very much appreciated to make sure our appointment went well and we were set up for the next steps. Furthermore, I really appreciate his empathy and validation in caring not only about my condition, but treating myself as a person and reassuring my family. It goes without saying he is at the top of his field in both research and clinical experience and that provides a great level of reassurance and admiration when speaking too him. I look forward to seeing him again.

I unreservedly recommend Dr. Ducci as a psychiatrist. She is not only highly educated, trained, and experienced, but also deeply caring and listens closely. Dr. Ducci's communication style during our therapy is clear and based on our relationship of mutual trust. In my experience Dr. Ducci 's therapeutic guidance is extremely constructive and practical. In fact, after stopping therapy for a few years, I chose to return to Dr. Ducci to resume my therapy to cope with my depression and life choices because I found her so helpful.

Dr Walsh was extremely professional, compassionate and supportive in his approach. I felt very anxious entering my appointments with Dr Walsh but he did a wonderful job of making me feel at ease each and every time, and taking the time to understand me as a patient, making sure I felt seen and heard. Dr Bernat first saw me in 2020 after a 6 year history of mental health issues and no help from NHS services. Instantly, I felt a sense of care and understanding from her, and everything was explained to me thoroughly. She has supported me through 4 inpatient admissions, and has helped me begin my journey to recovery.

This is the first time in a long time that I feel I have someone in my corner who understands me. I am grateful for the team in seeing me so quickly and the whole process is made very easy to understand. Dr Pampaloni was great at listening to concerns and addressing each individual issue with a high level of compassion and care. She was able to advise GPs on prescription dosage to allow me to overcome hurdles in my treatment.

Dr Jeczmien was great in his approach to discussing my issues and diagnosis of ADHD and helping me understand.
