Very easy going and clear in his approach to my injections

A really positive experience. Everything was explained clearly and I was asked more than once if I had any questions which was very helpful. Nigel was really friendly and kind which put me at ease and he talked me through everything being done. Being able to get the procedure done so easily and quickly was wonderful. A big thank you to Nigel and the clinic.

I was extremely nervous before I saw Mr. Modayil for the first time, but he put me at ease and was very clear when it came to explaining what needed to happen next. At my second consultation, he was equally reassuring and clearly understood my stress levels and the need to address the problem quickly. He explained my test results and the procedure I needed and took great care to manage other health issues that might have affected a good outcome. The procedure happened exactly as he had described and my follow-up appointment was again reassuring and informative. I had no adverse effects from surgery and can't thank him enough for all he did. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family with ENT problems.

Dr D’Ippolito diagnosed me quickly and clearly outlined the proposed treatment. He answered all my questions patiently and clearly and outlines the follow up approach. All was great.

Mr Lakhani was excellent throughout the process. His communication was clear, regular and he made it clear I could ask him anything on an ad-hoc basis if required, even giving me his whatsapp. I would recommend to anyone.
