Alex managed my entire rehabilitation process with exceptional skill. Thanks to his efforts, my shoulder has completely healed, allowing me to even go skiing! Throughout the rehabilitation, Alex closely monitored my progress, customising each session to meet my specific needs. He went above and beyond by taking the time to communicate with my doctors in Belgium, ensuring a cohesive recovery plan. Nick was absolutely brilliant when I came to him with plantar fasciitis He didn’t just send me away with a list of exercises, he explained everything thoroughly so I knew why the exercises were needed. He went above and beyond treating the r symptoms of my injury by analysing and then changing my running technique to prevent further injuries.
