My experience at the Cleveland Clinic was exemplary. There was nothing not to like. Every member of the team that I encountered; from porters , receptionists, booking in clerks, auxilliaries, nurses, doctors and surgeons were completely focused on my well being. The evironment and facilities were welcoming, clean and everything I could possibly require was available. Nothing was too much trouble 24/7. During my treatment at the clinic I managed to lose a pendant and my wedding ring on different occasions! Unbelievably both were found, only because the staff cared to listen and then went out of their way to search and find them. Amazing and truly exceeded all expectations.

During my procedure, I was unlucky, and the nurse in charge of helping me through the night after the surgery was very bad; she was more concerned about dismissing patients than my awful pain, so I kept complaining until the head of nurses went and helped me. Overall, all the other staff were very friendly and helpful during my recovery and procedure.

I had the best experience in my life, the first time as a patient in Charing Cross hospital. I can’t find anything negative in this hospital, the staff nurses, doctors, consultants, domestic staff members, cleaners, waitresses, everyone which contributed to my care, was absolutely amazing, professional, friendly, supportive kind people. My over all experienced with Harley Medical Group has been excellent from pre-assessment until I had my surgery. They are very accomodating in terms of appointment changes. The nurses are excellent and very reassuring. The place itself is very good in terms of cleanliness and facilities.
